Put the softened butter in the dishes and knock it down. Add, stirring, sour cream, and then in small portions – flour (50% of the norm) and knead the dough. Ready to put the dough on a table, sprinkled with flour, add the rest of the flour and continue kneading for 7-10 minutes.

Simultaneously prepare the filling: the walnut kernels to pass through the meat grinder, add sugar, crushed cardamom or cinnamon, honey, mix everything. The finished dough is divided into portions of 50 g and rolled into strips so that one end of the strip is slightly wider than the other. Grease the surface of the dough with oil. On the strips put the filling and roll them, starting from the wide end, with a tube. Put the tubes on the oiled sheet, grease with yolk and bake for 20-30 minutes in a hot oven. Sprinkle with sugar powder and vanillin.

Dough: 3 glasses of flour, a glass of sour cream, 150 g of butter.

Filling: 1.5 cups of kernels of nuts, a glass of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, yolk.
