Preheat the honey, pour into it three quarters of the norm of flour and mix well until a thick dough forms. When the brewed dough cools, put in butter, soda, pre-mixed with one tablespoon of flour, lemon zest and knead until complete homogeneity. Ready the dough to roll up to a thickness of 1 cm, sprinkle with flour, cut into molds or a knife and lay on a preheated, greased baking sheet (each spice is greased with egg yolk).

Honey gingerbread.

Walnuts clean and split the kernels into quarters. Honey put on fire, add sugar, cream margarine and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.

Smash the fresh eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins and knock them into a steep foam. Sift flour, place in a deep jar and pour a hot mixture of honey.

Mass well knead and, until it is cooled, pour into it rum, add spices, egg yolks and knocked down squirrels.

At the end of the mixing, add walnut kernels.

Form the baking grease with oil and sprinkle with flour. Fill it with a dough only half, because during baking the dough will rise. Bake the honey at 130-170 њ C.

Dough: 300-350 g of honey, 60 g of sugar, 400 g of wheat flour, 4 eggs, 124 g of cream margarine, 1/2 rum of rum, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of clove powder, nuts.

Gingerbread cake.

A glass of honey, as much sugar and sour cream, 3 eggs grind, add 4 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon of hydrated soda, salt to taste, spices. Stir everything, pour on a sheet 3-4 cm layer and oven for 30-40 minutes.
