Cake “Nuts with honey"
Flour flour with butter, add eggs, soda, honey, sugar, knead the soft dough. The finished dough is divided into two equal parts and baked 2 cakes, previously well lubricated form or frying pan with oil. Cover the cakes with a towel; so that they do not dry out.
Warm cakes put on a board, covered with hot cream and immediately cut with a sharp knife into square cakes, immersing the knife in cold water, and do not separate the cake until they cool down.
Dough: 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of honey, egg, 100 g of butter, 1/5 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of soda, extinguished with vinegar.
Cream: a glass of sugar, 200 g of butter, 2/3 of honey, a glass of crushed nuts, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Sugar mix with honey and butter, cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until melting butter and sugar, without removing from the heat, add cocoa and crushed nuts, bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
