Prepare this cake in a water bath. In a large pot put a smaller saucepan, put her butter, sugar and a little bit of eggs. All stir well and add honey. Mass a little salt, pour soda (extinguished with vinegar). Keep the mass on the steam bath for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then pour in the flour and, stirring, keep on fire for another 5 minutes, so that the mass warms up well. Place the dough on the table and, until it has cooled, add flour a little. Divide the finished dough into 6 equal parts, each of which shake on a thin cake, give it a square shape. Bake cakes in the oven at 150 њ C.

When the cakes are cool, grease them with cream and fold them one by one, sprinkling them with crumbs. Leave the cake for several hours so that it leaks out with the cream (but not in the refrigerator).

Dough: 50 g of butter, a glass of sugar, 3 eggs, a tablespoon of honey, 1/3 of a teaspoon of soda, 2 cups of flour, salt after taste.

Cream: 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, tablespoon starch, 6 egg yolks, grind with sugar, 3 cups of hot milk, a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Flour and starch pour into a saucepan, pour the yolks rubbed with sugar and mix well. With a thin trickle pour in the milk (hot!), Stirring constantly. Cook on low heat until thickened, add vanilla sugar and chill.

You can make this cake with creamy cream: rub a glass of sugar with egg, add 1/2 cup of milk and, stirring, bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Separately, bring down to 200 grams of softened unsalted butter and, continuing to knock down, add the cooled mixture to the oil. In the finished cream, add 1/4 of vanillin powder.
