The Honey Boss
TESTO: 500 g of honey, 1 kg of flour, 200 g of butter, 200 g of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and cloves, 3 grains of odorous pepper, 30 g of soda.
Filling: Orechovaya – 250 grams of crushed ores, 250 g of sugar, 2 protein, vanillin;
Chocolate -150 g chocolate, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of milk, 150 g of sugar, 250 g of butter, 4 yolks, vanillin, 500 g of jam.
Fondant: 300 g of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar, 50 g of chocolate or 30 g of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of butter, vanillin.
Honey cook with cinnamon, cloves and pounded pepper, still warm pour into the dishes with sifted flour with soda. Add the melted butter, milk at room temperature and knead the dough. Put it in a cold place for two weeks, then mix again, divide into four parts, roll out each of them, put it on a greased sheet, prick with a fork and bake in a hot oven (210-220 њ C) for 10-15 minutes. On the second day, the sintered cakes should be sprinkled with sweet black coffee with 5-6 drops of rum essence, grease first with jam, then with opahe and chocolate mass. Press the medovik with a plank with a load.
The filling is as follows: Chocolate – grate chocolate on a fine grater, add milk, dissolve on fire and cool. Rinse oil with sugar and yolks, add chilled chocolate, vanillin;
