Medovik with spices

200 g of honey, 800 g of flour, 200 g of sugar, 7 eggs, 150 g of crushed opeks, 100 g of candied fruits, 250 g of raisins, 1 teaspoon of crushed cinnamon, cloves, soda, 100 g of forest resources.

Sweets: 250 g of sugar, ½ cup of water, 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar, 30 g of chocolate, vanillin. Yolks grind with sugar, add honey cooked with cinnamon, sifted flour with soda, grind and knead with whipped whipped proteins. The mass should be a consistency of thick sour cream. Sprinkle with the seeded opehami, cut the candied fruits and mix. All this pour into greased and flour-sprinkled form. The oven is first in a warm (180 њ C), and how the dough will work – in a hot (190-200 њ C) oven for an hour. Take the honeycomb from the mold cold and cover it with chocolate fondant.

Sweet cook so: sugar pour hot water, vinegar, cover and cook. If a drop of syrup, falling from a spoon, drag along the “thread”, remove from the plate, add warm chocolate, vanillin to grind. When the mass begins to thicken, pour it honey.

Dough: 200 g of honey, 600 g of flour, 200 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of soda and chopped cinnamon.

Fudge: 300 g of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 50 g of cocoa or chocolate.

Boil honey with sugar and cinnamon and, add sifted flour with soda, eggs, knead steep dough. Work out small balls from it and bake in a hot oven (190-200 њ C) for 10 minutes. Still hot balls dunk in warm sweets and combine two. Sweet to cook this way: from water and sugar to cook syrup, dissolve in it chocolate or cocoa and cook until it becomes thick.
