Ripe pumpkin is cleaned of seeds and peel, tinder on a large grater. Just cook and apple. All this is mixed with raisins, season with sugar and sour cream.
Purify the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, cut into pieces, pour hot salted water, cook until soft. Filter, serve on a table with butter, sour cream.
