In 1/2 cup of milk stir 3 egg yolks, sugar, salt. Gradually stirring, pour in the flour, add the warmed butter (2 tablespoons) and mix into a homogeneous mass without lumps. Then dilute with milk, pour it gradually, and add whipped egg whites. Bake in oiled frying pan. Do not remove from the frying pan, fold the pancake four times, shift it into a separate bowl.
Serve on the table in hot form with honey or sugar.
