Roast pork with honey sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3 cloves garlic cloves, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon mustard flour, 2 pork chops, fried potatoes. Mix the vegetable oil, garlic, honey and mustard. We lay out pieces of pork meat in a frying pan and fill it with sauce. We put in the refrigerator for a day, sometimes turning over pieces of meat. We take the meat out of the sauce and fry for 30-45 minutes. Pour the fried potato sauce. We cut the meat into slices and serve it to the table.
