Mulled wine with honey
It will take: 1 bottle of red dry wine; 1 orange, 0.5 lemon; 5 pieces. cloves, 1 pinch of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, 1-2 pcs. black pepper peas, 1 tbsp. l. honey
Preparation.
1. Fruit cut into medium cubes, put into a saucepan.
2. Add spices, honey, drink wine, mix.
3. Put the saucepan on a fire, bring to a boil.
4. Then cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Mulled wine is ready.

Grog with honey.
In a warmed glass put the honey, pour the cognac and add the boiling water, adding a slice of lemon. Grog is prepared from the calculation: cognac – 75 grams, honey – 20 grams, lemon – a tenth of a medium-sized fruit. The drink is ready.

Cooking method.
I put honey (1 kg) in an enamel pot, add water (2 cups). Varya, stirring constantly, and removing foam from the surface. I pour the washed cherries without pits (2 kg) in a bottle with a narrow neck, I pour cherries with cooled syrup. Then I cover the bottle with a wet cloth and leave it for 3 days in a fermentation room.
I close the neck tightly with a linen cloth and put it in a cool place. You can drink the drink in 3 months, but the longer you insist, the better. Mead to cheer.
