1 duck, ready for cooking, 1 lemon, 500 g of Antonov apples, 2 tables, spoons of honey, table, spoons of cognac, salt, ground black pepper to taste.

Wash the carcass of the duck and dry it. Lemon cut in half, squeeze out half of juice – juice. The second half grind the duck from the outside and inside, salt 7 and pepper. Cut apples into large slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Before serving, remove the apples and serve with the duck.
