Honey yeast paste
Fresh baking yeast (1 kg) grind with 400 g of powdered sugar or sugar before forming a homogeneous mass. Add 1 liter of water and cook for 2 hours. Dissolve the resulting mass with 2.6 liters of water and boil for 20 minutes, then pour into boiling paste, which consists of: 200 g of flour (preferably rye with bran) and 200 g of butter. To warm yeast milk add 300 g of liquid (better than buckwheat) honey, stir well. Pasta is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator. Use in a warm form (room temperature) for 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day.

Salad for dessert with honey.
Cut into small pieces 100 grams of dried apricots, 100 g of peeled apples, 100 g of prunes, add 50 g of raisins (pitted) and 1/2 cup walnuts. Pour a mixture of water and honey (1 tablespoon). Dried apricots, raisins and prunes pre-pour boiling water.
You can change something in this recipe: instead of nuts, take small pieces of 1-2 orange and half a lemon. Add 1 tablespoon of rare honey. Put in the refrigerator.
You can prepare honey yeast paste for such a recipe: stir honey and yeast in a ratio of 1: 1 or 1: 2. Every day, use 50-75 g. This paste is especially useful to people of advanced age.

Peeled pumpkin, turnips and apples cut into small cubes, pour melted honey, gently stir, let stand for about an hour in the cold, then slide into a salad bowl.
