Honey baths

Honey, which is added to different baths very favorably affects the skin of the body and face, enhances the effect of other components. The skin after such baths becomes soft, silky. The water temperature in the bathroom should be 37-37.5 њ C. The duration of the procedure is 15 minutes. Honey and other ingredients are added to the bathroom after filling it with water. The course of treatment is 15-20 baths. Already in the course of treatment, irritability decreases significantly, sleep improves, work capacity improves, discomfort in the heart, abdomen disappears. The final effect is achieved 2-3 weeks after the end of treatment.

Contraindication to the reception of baths with honey: intolerance to honey, cardiovascular and pulmonary insufficiency, the tumor process, the presence of an active bonfire of inflammation, a blood disease, diabetes mellitus.

Recipe 1

Dilute 2 tablespoons of honey in 2 glasses of warm water and pour into a bath filled with water of the desired temperature.

Recipe 2

Mix 60 g of honey (2-3 tablespoons) with 0.5 liters of milk and pour into a bath filled with water.

Recipe 3

Mix 3 parts of glutinous or almond oil, one part of any essential oil (pink, lavender, mint, jasmine, coniferous, etc.) and one part of honey. All components pour into a bottle and shake well. For each bath, 2-3 tablespoons of this mixture are enough.

Grass tatarnik (250 g) pour 3 liters of boiling water, boil on low heat for 15 minutes, insist 45 minutes. Strain, add 2 tablespoons of honey and pour into a bath filled with water. Two tablespoons of a mixture of peppermint, melissa, rosemary, thyme, and juniper taken equal amounts of 0.5 liters of boiling water. Infuse for several hours, strain,

add 2 tablespoons of honey. Essential oils of the ingredients give the bath a pleasant fresh fragrance and tone the skin. The bath also relieves fatigue, improves overall tone.

When insomnia brew 2 tablespoons of lime blossom in 0,5 l of boiling water, insist for several hours, strain, stir in infusion 2 tablespoons of honey and pour into a bath filled with water.

Tea (4 tablespoons) pour 0.5 liters of boiling water, 10 minutes, drain, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey. The bath tones well, gives the skin the color of a light tan.

Brew 100 grams of dry or 200 g of fresh herb of sage, infuse 2 hours, strain, add 2 tablespoons of honey and pour into a bath filled with water. This procedure is very useful for patients with gout, polyarthritis, radiculitis, in particular lumbago.

Fill the tub with water of appropriate temperature and add a washing liquid, which forms a large, stable and fragrant foam. Add 2 tablespoons of honey, diluted in warm water. This bath not only cleanses the skin, but relieves fatigue, improves tone, returns the good mood. It is especially useful for children with different motor neurotic disorders.
