Veal with honey

Veal cut into cubes 3×3 cm. Marinate in vodka and honey. (Pre-cut the meat a little and roll in the seasoning.) After 3 hours, put the meat along with the marinade and put on medium fire on a frying pan fried with vegetable oil. When vodka and honey evaporate, add soy sauce and water. Fire a little reduce. In 10-15 minutes. add the meat and add the tomato, cut into slices (first make the top of the tomato cross-cuts and, scalding with boiling water, peel off). When the liquid evaporates again, add the tomato paste diluted with a small amount of water.

The meat is cooked for 40-50 minutes, depending on the time of marinating and meat stiffness.

You can add 1 sprig of cloves and basil. It will give the meat a special flavor. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.

300 g veal, 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 60-70 ml of vodka, 1 tbsp. l. melted honey, oriental seasonings for veal, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, vegetable oil.
