Rice milk porridge with honey
In the porridge prepared in the usual way, add honey before serving. One serving (200 g) is required: rice – 50 g, water – 70, milk – 50, honey – 20, butter – 10, salt – 1 g.
Boil the astringent rice porridge from a glass of rice and 3 glasses of water. Cook the boiled rice with butter, salt, hammer into it a raw egg, add ground cinnamon and mix.
Separately, clean the apples and cut them into small pieces.

Rice woman with honey
Half the cooked rice is put in a greased and oiled form. On a layer of rice put pieces of apples and grease them with honey. Put the remaining rice on the apples, pour the sour cream and bake in the oven.
1/2 cup of honey, a glass of rice, 3 cups of water, a tablespoon of butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of sour cream, a bunch of salt, cinnamon.
