Steep unleavened dough, made from wheat flour, milk and eggs, to stand for 40-50 minutes, then put into a basin and gradually diluted with milk until a homogeneous mass of creamy consistency is obtained, then pour it with a thin stream into a frying pan or into a pot with a lot of molten fat. The dough is fried in a lattice from two sides to brown.

Fry the product in a pre-prepared syrup of honey and sugar. In syrup it can withstand 5-7 minutes. To zul’bye can be served separately honey, juices. Norm of products: wheat flour – 5 glasses, eggs – 4 pcs., Milk – 1,5-2 cups, salt – half teaspoon, honey-1 glass, for frying – 600-800 g of vegetable oil (from Tajik cuisine).
