Meat, stewed in a sauce with prunes and honey

Raw meat, cut into portions, fry and put into a saucepan. There also add the chopped onion, tomato, rinsed and peeled prunes; all this stew on low heat until cooked. Before eating in the saucepan add honey. It is served in “sheep” or in a skillet of stainless steel with a sauce in which the meat was stewed. On a garnish to such meat it is good to submit stewed vegetables. One serving requires: meat – 83 grams, fat-5, peeled onions-15, dried prunes without seeds-15, spices and salt-1, honey-10 grams.
