1 duck weighing 2.5 kg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper, 1/2 cup honey, 1/3 cup orange lime, lemon juice, 1 / g teaspoon mustard flour, 5 slices of lemon, 5 circles of onion.
