Vinaigrette with honey

Take different greens (salad, spinach), cucumber, radish, sweet pepper, cabbage different, carrots, tomatoes, peas green (handful), onion. All finely chopped and stirred. For seasoning, make Indian sauce: juice of one lemon, a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of honey, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper. Fold all the parts in one vessel, stir well. Lemon juice will dissolve honey and seasoning will not be sweet. It will not be superfluous and pepper, it is necessary to give raw vegetables the sharpness. When serving, pour the salad with sauce and stir. For one serving, one or two spoons of sauce (from Indian cuisine) are sufficient.

Vinaigrette, cooked in the usual way, before serving, pour with honey and stir. To obtain 100 g of the finished product, it is required: purified carrots -10 g, beets -15, boiled potatoes-20, cucumbers-30, green onions-15, honey-10 grams.
