Watermelon juice with honey
This juice contains a lot of water, alkaline substances, has strong diuretic properties. It accelerates the removal of cholesterol from the body, is an indispensable food for patients on sclerosis, arthritis, diabetes, with a headache. In ancient Sanskrit there is evidence that the juice and pulp of watermelon are useful in cracks in the skin.
Watermelon juice is an indispensable diuretic. Fresh and in the form of juice use 2-2.5 kg of watermelons a day for diuretic disease, cystitis, nephritis, which occur without the detention of urine in the body. Watermelon juice does not irritate the kidneys and urinary tract.
The content in the watermelon juice of the purest distilled water and sugar makes it useful for liver diseases, various intoxications. A relatively low caloric content makes it possible to use it for obesity and the need to starve during treatment.
Use watermelon juice and watermelon separately from other foods. Like fruits, it is not digested in the stomach, but in the intestines. And if it is used with food that needs saliva or gastric digestion, then the watermelon lingers in the stomach, begins to wander, forming a lot of gases.
Use with honey: one glass three times a day with one tablespoon of honey.
