Schisandra with honey

The peoples of the Far East have long considered lemongrass berries as a natural stimulant. Hunters of gold, Nanais and others, going on a hunt, take with them some dried fruits. They claim that it is enough to eat a handful of these berries so that during the day they do not feel hungry and have the strength to follow the sable track.

The tests confirmed the folk observations and showed that Schizandra is especially effective in physical and mental overwork, with reduced efficiency. The action of magnolia vapors resembles the action of phenamine and cola, but considerably exceeds their properties, because after 30-40 minutes after its intake, work capacity increases. It has been established that the tender flesh of the curling shrub-lees of lemongrass is rich in vitamin C (in dry berries contains 35-58 mg per 100 g of product), and in the ash there is a lot of iron, manganese, calcium phosphorus and other minerals.

In the experiment on animals and clinically in humans it is proved that magnolia vera tones the cardiovascular system, raises blood pressure, regulates blood circulation, suppresses drowsiness, increases the photosensitivity of the eye and improves eyesight. These properties are possessed by alcoholic tincture from the seeds of Schizandra. As for the pulp of berries, its effect is much weaker – about 12 times.

On a glass of magnolia tincture, add a teaspoon of liquid (non-candied) honey (you can taste it).
