Homemade American wine with honey
Pour 10 l of apple juice into the dishes. Add honeycomb honeycomb combs (1000 g). The whole mixture is thoroughly mixed and allowed to stand for 10-12 hours, then the liquid is passed through a sieve and honey is added at a rate of 4 kg per 10 liters. The mass is poured into a fermentation vessel and, when fermentation begins, is closed with a water lock with a discharge tube.
6 weeks after the reduction of fermentation, the liquid is poured into the dishes. Then 4 egg whites are whipped into a foam, add 2,000 ml of vodka or 1000 ml of alcohol, mix all the contents and pour it into a prepared bottle or barrel, close well and put in a cool place for 1 year. A year later they uncork and receive a fine wine.
