Honey gingerbread “Debrecen"
Honey (500 g) boil well, remove from heat, add to it 250 g of flour, 20 g of lard, knead a homogeneous mass and put in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
250 g of flour to sift on a board, mix with 120 g of powdered sugar, 3 egg yolks, knead dough and combine it with honey mass. The dough shake and cut out the cookie shapes. The metal sheet is sprinkled with flour and baked on it in a hot oven at a high temperature. The surface of hot baked cookies can be smeared with sweet milk, thus giving it a shine.

Gingerbread special honey.
Honey, goose fat, sugar boil and pour into the flour. Mass well knead with a wooden spoon and, while it’s still warm, add rum, cinnamon, cloves, egg yolks to it and egg whites are shot down to the foam. Before pouring the dough into the mold, add crushed nuts to it.
Shape the oil with oil, sprinkle with flour and fill it with half a dough. Bake at medium temperature. This batch of the test is preferably baked in two forms or in two stages.
Dough: 800 g of flour, 650 g of honey, 250 g of goose fat, 12 g of sugar, 8 eggs, a glass of rum, a teaspoon of ground cloves, several walnut kernels in quarters.

Folk honey gingerbread.
Mix the flour with ground cinnamon and baking soda. In honey enter burnt sugar, pour in milk, sour cream, egg yolks and mix well. Add flour and knead the dough. Make a few cakes, lay them on a sheet, oiled and sprinkled with flour, bake. Cool, cut.
Dough: 500 g of honey, 500 g of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of sour cream, a glass of milk, 2-3 egg yolks, 10 g of ground sugar, a teaspoon of baking soda (pay off).
